Do you think that your USB Cable is short in length ? then follow the steps.
Cut your USB Cable as mentioned here in this picture.
Then buy some LAN Wire and add the LAN Wire between the two parted USB Cable.
Now your will have your new Extended USB Cable to use your removable drives, modems etc.
