Here just some steps you have to follow.
1) First install .NET framework and then Right click on Desktop
2) Download the .ZIP file and copy the "files" folder and the "install.exe" file
3) Paste the files in the marked folder
4) Pasting the files may ask you for administrative permission
5) Run "install.exe" file as administrator
6) Press any key to start the installation
7) After finished the installation press any key to exit the application
8) Now Right-Click on Desktop and WOW ! you will see the Gadgets option.
9)Now choose gadgets as your choice
